How does the licence work? +
After purchase you receive an email with a licence key. Open the app in your browser, paste the key on the activation screen, and click Activate. That's it — no account, no password, no internet needed after that.
Do I need to install anything? +
No. Each product is a single HTML file. Download it, open it in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, and it works immediately — on Windows, Mac, or any device with a modern browser.
Is my financial data safe? +
Yes. All data is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is ever sent to a server. Your financial data never leaves your computer. The app works fully offline after activation.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro? +
Standard includes all core features and covers the needs of most users. Pro adds advanced features like multi-year reporting, scenario modelling, detailed analytics, and export options. You can see the full feature comparison on each product card above.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro later? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within the app (Settings → Licence → Update Licence) without losing any of your existing data. Email admin@rpbwealthview.uk for an upgrade price.
What payment methods are accepted? +
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms, used by millions of businesses.
Do I get future updates? +
Yes — all updates to your purchased version are free. If a major new version is released as a separate product, existing customers receive a significant discount.
What if I lose my licence key? +
Email admin@rpbwealthview.uk with your order reference or purchase email address and we'll re-send your key within 24 hours.
